The Contractor of the Year award is designed to recognize and honor contractors who have demonstrated superior professionalism, safety excellence, and have dedicated their time and efforts to MT Select and our customers. Each month, the Contractor of the Month is chosen from among the fleet’s top performers. A committee comprised of safety and senior management reviews and votes on the list of top performing contractors. Contractor of the Month is determined by the contractor who receives the most votes. Once the scores are finalized, each contractor will become a candidate for Contractor of the Year, who will be chosen at the start of the following year.
